Blu tooth not working..does not comm..between table and VCI..

     i have 2 issues with the MaxiSys Mini....

    1) android desktop in english but some other menus in German??  like the comm..menu is where you choose wifi..and blu tooth

    2) other issue is the table will not recognize the VCE..when scanning for blu tooth devices..

    any support greatly appreciated
